It usually takes about a week and is priced based on how many properties you have. For many teams, though, PropertyLenz is intuitive enough to dive right in on your own.
Do you have Training Videos?
Absolutely. We keep a library of bite-sized tutorials on our YouTube channel, everything from “Getting Started” to “Mastering Photo Annotations.” They’re freely available, whenever you need them. And if your question isn’t on video, our support team typically replies via email within 24 hours.
Can I integrate AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or other CRM?
You bet. While we don’t yet have native partnerships, you can plug any API-friendly CRM into PropertyLenz using a no-code connector like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io. Let us know which CRM you want to integrate with and we will send you step by step instructions to make that happen.
Does PropertyLenz work offline?
For sure. If you lose service mid-inspection or need to switch apps, everything you’ve entered, checklists, photos, and annotations, stays safely on your device. When you’re back online, the app automatically syncs it all to the cloud, so you never lose a thing.
